FIRST OFF: I’m not feeling over confident today. Nothing really stands out for me. Most are each ways today and gone for bigger prices, due to the number of 2nd’s I’ve been getting lately… Did 4 big price each ways yesterday, and two came 3rd: Barefoot Lady at 16/1, and Eternal Heart at 7/1.
Royal Ascot 3.05 Await the Dawn is expected to win by most, and is odds-on, so I’ll go LAHEEB each way at 16/1 to get a place. (4th, was 3rd til getting caught on the line)
For today’s big race at 3.45 Golden Jubliee, I’ve gone for BEWITCHED (7/2) but also GENKI (16/1) each way. (Both unplaced) 25/1 Society Rock won it.
4.25 IMPERIAL GUEST each way (20/1) to get a place. (unplaced)

No tips until Saturday.. 2nd’s galore on the last tips (most good prices), so hopefully can go one better, or just do them e/w. Did have a 12/1 winner (Lolly for Dolly) and an advised each way bet placed. #Royal Ascot.
Had two winners at Royal Ascot on Thursday from 4 races, but didn’t have time to get on net for blog update. Think every man and his dog was on Brown Panther though, 7/1. The other was Banimpire 3/1.

Here’s my tips for today’s day two (WEDNESDAY) of Royal Ascot 2011.
2.30pm – CODEMASTER 3/1 (2nd)
Tipped this last time out when it won impressively at Newmarket, and should be first again today.
Plus Henry Candy’s only Royal Ascot 2011 entry!
(WESTERN ARISOCRAT I think will get a place so Each Way 6/1) (3rd)
3.05pm – MUSIC SHOW 8/1 (unplaced)
Only Group 1 winner in the line up. Much more value than Sajjhaa, plus you can do it Each Way. Also drawn high, which most winners were yesterday.
(LOLLY FOR DOLLY 12/1 is a horse I follow, but this is a step up in class, Risky Each Way) (WON)
3.45 – SO YOU THINK 2/5 (2nd)
Something drastically wrong if this doesn’t win.
TWICE OVER 14/1 risky Each Way and only 2nd place available, due to 7 runners. (nowhere)
4.25 – DANCE AND DANCE 11/1 (2nd)
28 runners in this race. Dance & Dance just shades it for me. BRICK RED 20/1 Each Way C&D performer. (unplaced)
5.00 – SHUMOOS 11/8 (2nd)
Won impressively on debut, beating Frederick Engels who won yesterday in style!

Welcome to the Blog. I will be doing a mass tips page again – like last week for Epsom. This time for the Group 1 Races at Royal Ascot.
Open to everyone, all you have to do is pick what you think will win each of the seven races below. WIN Only, not e/w. Then send them to me via Twitter, either in a DM (direct message) or a Mention @MartWes I will then add them to this blog for you, next to your name.
What’s in it for you???
Well last weeks Epsom Oaks and Derby tips pages were retweeted many, many times, so you get exposure, more followers and the pleasure of winning if you choose the right horses. Plus it’s good to compare with other people, and all on one page makes this much easier. And what’s more, someone else will do all the work… me

Please send a different message for EACH day and the day BEFORE. Example: send your horses for Tuesday on Monday, Wednesday’s horse on Tuesday etc…
Entries MUST be to me BEFORE 6pm each day. As there’s 3 races on Tuesday send your 3 horses in ONE message, as it makes it much easier for me.

Carlton House for Epsom Derby 2011
It’s finally here… Derby Day! I’ve gone for Carlton House as I can’t see it being beat, and also has Ryan Moore onboard. Hopefully the injury scare was just that… a scare and doesn’t flare up today. I’ve sided with Native Khan for e/w value, and Johnny Murtagh riding must be a good thing. Quality jockey and won the Oaks yesterday at 20/1. The other two I think could also place are Ocean War and Treasure Beach, 14/1 and 25/1, but I’ll stick with NK.
